Align Boring Overview

B&D Portable Align Boring Machines will reduce your heavy equipment downtime and as a result lower your production costs.

This is a truly portable and complete service tool for on-site or in-shop precision machining applications. B&D's Portable Align Boring Machines are rugged, modular in design, and require as little as 110V power to operate.

Fixed, totally variable speed hydraulic power sources and fully electric drives are available for all models. B&D machine packages include everything you need to handle a variety of applications and setups. Our machine packages can be modified to meet your specific job or budget requirements. With a B&D Portable Align Boring Machine, operators can:

• Easily mount the Boring Machine as it only requires a 3/4" nut welded to the work piece;
• make easy adjustments during set-up and alignment with our clamping method that secures the support assembly to the work piece;
• flexibility in set-up (between bores); and
• easily learn to run a machine by reviewing the included video that shows step-by-step simple instructions.

All B&D's boring bars are chrome plated for longer life and straightened for better machining.
